When we visited Chilean Patagonia for the first time, it was impossible for us to ignore its imposing landscapes, the exuberance of its evergreen forests and the diversity of its fauna, elements that, added to the special warmth of its people, made this secluded corner of the world capture us in an almost magical way.
From this deep connection with the untamed nature of Chilean Patagonia, the desire to contribute to its conservation and the passion we feel for fly fishing, a simple project was born, but with great aspirations and dreams, which would eventually be called Mañihuales Eco Lodge.
Our great goal for which we work every day is to achieve that the greatest number of anglers and tourists, from all over the world, have access to one of the most pristine and unexplored places on the planet, living a memorable experience through fly fishing and the various activities that allow them to interact closely with our imposing Patagonia.
We are sure that each of our visitors will leave with the conviction that our environment is a special place, both for its scenic manifestation and for the moments shared there, which we hope will contribute to the promotion of its care and conservation.

Glamping
The untamed nature of the Chilean Patagonia forces us to look for alternatives that allow us to know and interact with the wild landscapes it presents, but at the same time invites us to have a harmonious relationship with it, where care and conservation are concepts that should be a priority.
With this in mind, Mañihuales Eco Lodge offers its passengers the experience of Glamping in its purest form, with its Domes and Yurts that offer the sensation of being in a camp, but with the comforts of home, added to the details of our warm and personalized service.This proposal allows our passengers to experience a disconnection from the routine and at the same time a strong connection with nature, becoming a unique and unforgettable experience.
Our architectural concept of Glamping seeks to adapt to our landscapes with its forests, mountains and rivers, without invading it, looking for a harmony that reduces the impact on the environment, thus developing a sustainable tourism.
Sustainability
Our philosophy of an excellent experience for our clients is closely linked to a high commitment to the environment, biodiversity and the culture that surrounds us. For this reason, we have developed a plan to maintain a sustained increase in our sustainability, both with the environment and with our Patagonian culture.
Environment
In accordance with our environmental sustainability plan, we have taken concrete actions to reduce our impact, which once allows us to pass on the positive effects of these actions to our passengers.
Compost: we have a composting container made by people from nearby towns, which allows us to reduce the generation of organic waste by 80%, transforming it into fertilizer both for our garden and for local producers.
Recycling: we carry out a strict classification of our waste, which allows us to send recycling plants for approximately 90% of glass waste and 80% of paper and cardboard waste.
Social
Interaction with local communities is part of our DNA, which has led us to develop a symbiotic relationship with them, allowing us to grow in harmony with our social environment.On the other hand, the interaction with the local culture is a fundamental pillar in the experience that Mañihuales Eco Lodge offers to you, so making you live closely the Patagonian history and customs is one of our main aspirations.

Fishing is our passion and in this context we are constantly preparing ourselves to meet the expectations of our anglers, in order to allow them to live the best experience with our team, which is composed of guides with extensive experience in the area, as well as staff from nearby towns that, with their warmth and simplicity, allow us to operate all the necessary aspects to meet the demands of our customers.
