In addition, Mañihuales Eco Lodge offers its passengers excursions that will allow them to live the experience of traveling the Austral Highway between incredible glaciers, ancient native forests, reserves and national parks, traveling through ancient navigation routes between ancient ice, surrounded by volcanoes and impressive landscapes.
San Rafael Lagoon
Embark in Puerto Chacabuco to San Rafael Lagoon and be part of the adventure to one of the last natural wonders of the world.
Sailing through the channels of the Chilean Patagonia discover the native forests melting into the sea in a breathtaking spectacle. Sail aboard the Catamaran Aysén or Chaitén the 125 nautical miles between Patagonian channels, green islands and fjords of exuberant nature, to finish the tour at the foot of the San Valentín glacier that delivers its icebergs to the San Rafael Lagoon with spectacular landslides.
Live this experience from the comfort of a modern catamaran equipped with the maximum safety conditions, together with a service on board that distinguishes us.

South Aiken Park
Just fifteen minutes from Puerto Chacabuco, enjoy all the biodiversity of Chilean Patagonia at South Aikén Park. In this magnificent ecotourism reserve of 250 hectares you will find four trails specially prepared for trekking.
South Aiken Park has a Visitor's Center where you can learn about all the activities of the Park, botany, excursions and anthropology, typical of the Aysen Region. In addition, in our roofed "quincho", you can enjoy folkloric shows and Patagonian style lamb barbecues.
You will be able to start a hike of approximately 2 hours, through four natural trails that will take you to know the flora and fauna of the region. This activity is done in groups and accompanied by specialized guides. The trails are equipped with stations and educational panels to inform and learn about specific environmental phenomena; with rest areas, bridges, viewpoints and panoramic platforms where you can enjoy spectacular views. To end your visit to the park we invite you to enjoy a typical Patagonian barbecue accompanied by typical regional dances and songs.

Ensenada Perez
This excursion takes our passengers to enjoy the Cinco Hermanas Natural Monument, at the entrance to the Aysén Fjord, only 1 hour away from Puerto Chacabuco.
The navigation takes place through the Aysén Fjord across the Patagonian Andes aboard our Catamaran, to enjoy a day of relaxation at the foot of the Macá volcano, 2,960 meters above sea level, whose cone is covered with ice.
We invite you to join us for a day of rest in a privileged natural environment in our natural hot water pools and the best attention.
Important: Ask for availability for afternoon departures.

Marble chapels
The Marble Chapels are strange but incredibly beautiful rock formations found in Lago General Carrera and are one of the most recognized attractions of the Carretera Austral.
Declared sanctuaries, the Marble Chapels are formations of calcium carbonate mineral that over the years have been eroded by the waters of Lake General Carrera, creating these islets navigable by small boats.
