Due to the worldwide situation experienced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mañihuales Eco Lodge is taking all the measures required by the health authorities to prevent contagion and thus ensure the health of our passengers and our team.
For this purpose, we have implemented a rigorous protocol that includes, among other things, disinfection of facilities and vehicles, provision of masks and alcohol gel for passengers, as well as distancing and personal care measures. In addition to the above, all our personnel are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
For the peace of mind and comfort of our anglers, we have decided to operate the 2021/22 season with only one group (**) at a time. In this way they will have the lodge and its equipment at their disposal, thus minimizing the probability of contagion.
* Applicable only for fishing programs
** Each group is considered from two passengers.
In the event of last minute unforeseen events related to Covid-19, such as changes or cancellation of flights, quarantines, new requirements of the national health authority or contagions, among others, the reservation will be available for use during the following season on a date to be agreed upon.
Only in case of sudden closure of the Chilean borders or the country of origin, Mañihuales Eco Lodge will reimburse 100% of the amount paid for the reservation.
